From equity holder to validating a business model before expansion.
Panoramika is a hospitality developer and operator in Indonesia with a portfolio of luxury cabins and glamping projects. I joined as an equity holder during the early stage to evaluate the scalability of the business before a planned Series B round. My role was to stress-test the model, propose a repeatable revenue architecture, and translate findings from pilot properties into investor-ready narratives.

My role was to stress-test the model, propose a repeatable revenue architecture, and translate findings from pilot properties into investor-ready narratives.

Market Evaluation: Conduct preliminary analysis of demand for luxury cabins and glamping projects across Indonesia. Model Validation: Stress-test unit economics and customer demand in pilot properties before broader rollout. Revenue Architecture: Propose a scalable, repeatable revenue model that could support investor confidence for Series B. Expansion Narrative: Translate findings into an investor story connecting glamping trends, luxury positioning, and Panoramika’s unique design ethos. Brand Architecture Update: Redesign brand system to facilitate two new directions — master brand Panoramika as developer/curator, and sub-brands (Aurora Cabins, Vespera Cabins, Okasus Solis) as differentiated hospitality products.
