Everscale was looking to expand its footprint in Southeast Asia, driving adoption of the EVER token while positioning itself as a credible partner for central banks exploring CBDC launches.
Indonesia was a key market for blockchain adoption, but Everscale lacked local community presence and institutional visibility. As part of the regional team, I led the execution of flagship events and supported marketing and ecosystem-building initiatives, while collaborating on broader business and compliance efforts.
/Project Goals/
The centerpiece was Everpoint, the ecosystem’s showcase conference, supported by Trade Expo Indonesia, local press activations, and private events for investors. - Connect retail users and developers to the Everscale community. - Build institutional trust through regulatory compliance (Bappebti) and enterprise engagement. - Strengthen the ecosystem’s credibility with investors and strategic partners through tailored, closed-door events. - Showcase Everscale at Token 2049 (Singapore), one of the world’s most influential blockchain conferences. - Support business missions across Singapore and the Philippines (including DA5 partnership and Philippine Blockchain Week) to connect with regulators, enterprises, and investors.
/Results/
- Supported the establishment of a Jakarta office, giving Everscale a recognized presence in Indonesia. - Produced the EVERPOINT conference and coordinated participation in Trade Expo Indonesia, positioning Everscale at the center of the local blockchain conversation. - Organized private, investor-only events to build trust and secure long-term ecosystem interest. - Increased credibility with regulators and enterprises through Bappebti compliance and strategic partnerships. - Ensured Indonesian initiatives were in sync with the broader global ecosystem vision. - Successfully supported Everscale’s participation at Token 2049, amplifying visibility with global investors, regulators, and blockchain leaders. - Contributed to business missions in Singapore, Manila, and the wider SEA region, strengthening relationships with enterprises, regulators, and communities. - Supported the DA5 partnership and participation in Philippine Blockchain Week, raising Everscale’s profile in the Philippines.
