Aurora Cabins, part of Panoramika’s portfolio, is a boutique “quiet luxury” hospitality project in Bali’s mountainside.
I joined as an equity holder during COVID — what began as a survival project became a testbed for market validation, investor aquisition, and revenue models. Aurora Cabins is Panoramika’s flagship project in Bali — eight Nordic-inspired cabins set in the forest and mountainside. My work here was to refine positioning, optimize revenue operations with automation, and create measurable marketing systems that could scale across future Panoramika projects.

/Project Goals/
Revenue Ops: Implement PMS (Cloudbeds), PriceLabs dynamic pricing, and OTA segmentation to optimize RevPAR. Attribution & Tracking: Install GA4, Meta Pixel, and UTM models for transparent ROI. Content & Distribution: Launch visual/editorial assets aligned with premium guest expectations. Data-Driven Segmentation: Scrape and analyze performance data from the beginning of operations to identify guest profiles, shifting focus toward more expensive and predictable bookings.
